work no play makes jack a dull boy”. Seeing the continuous demand
of employees, GetDistributors
decided to add amusement to the hectic office routine. Seeing the
weather, we decided to go close to nature, to hills, to a place where
we can do lots of fun and adventure. So we planned a trip, packed the
bags and off to Naukuchiatal, 25 kms from Nainital. The Lake has nine
corners, and one of the biggest lake set in mid of hills. It
is surrounded by hills covered in trees and shrubs. It is the deepest
of all the lakes in the Nainital region within an enchanting valley
offering an opportunity of angling and bird watching. There is ample
scope for rowing, paddling or yachting.
We
decided to start around 9 in night, but we were slightly late and it
was about 11 pm we started our journey. We decided to take a bus and
followed the most common route which was Okhla – Hapur- Gajraula-
Moradabad-Rampur- Bilaspur-Rudrapur-Pantnagar-
Haldwani-Kathgodam-Bhimtal-Naukuchiatal. We spent all the night
playing antakshari, dancing (some boredoms got slept too)
Around
10o'clock we checked in the lake resort. The moment we deboarded the
bus, we all uttered a word- 'Wow' ! The view was eye kissing. The
resort was surrounded by nature. What can be more beautiful than
waking up and see a beautiful lake in front of your eyes. The whole
day we spent doing many activities there like Kayaking, Boating,
Horse Riding. The food was tasty too.
The
trip went on height as it was the DJ night. All were dressed in a
very stylish way. We tapped our feet on the dance floor and didn't
stop for a single second. There was arrangement of snacks and drinks
too. So we came back to the room at 10:30 and then we played Dumb
Charades, Tambola, Pass the Parcel, Cards. All got tired and that was
the time to jump on the bed and get lost in your dream world.

Bye Naukuchital
After
nonstop fun, its time to leave for home We had our breakfast and left
for Delhi around 12 pm. Again we did some fun activities in bus. It
took 9 hrs to reach Delhi.
We
are really thankful to our management team for taking us on such a
memorable trip which we will cherish forever and are looking for such
events and celebrations in near future.
